We recommend that you master the practice chanter before attempting the bagpipes. If you are intending to take lessons and approach the bagpipes with some degree of seriousness, we recommend you consider the Scottish Made bagpipes which are more expensive but much better quality. These bagpipes are made in Pakistan.
