(This drum is model #ID2 - the left in the photo) These Meinl Ibo Drums ("Ibo" is the authentic Nigerian name for "pottery") perfectly combine innovation with tradition. They are made from durable fibreglass which makes them nearly unbreakable. An additional microphone hole has been built in the shell and every Ibo Drum includes a foam padded base for a comfortable placing of the drum. Traditional sounds reaching from fat basses up to the higher pitched tones can easily be extracted from this nearly unbreakable instrument.
