Shipping Policy
We are able
to ship most orders within one business day. If we cannot ship your order
within 2 business days we will notify you by phone or email of the delay.
Shipping rates are calculated based on:
1) Your location 2) Item weight 3) Item size
We will ship your order or notify you of any delays within 3 business
days.

Customer may be held responsible for shipping cost for undeliverable
addresses.
We only ship to US destinations. Please note that it is possible
that our website software will miscalculate shipping costs on larger or heavier items being shipped
to certain shipping zones. We reserve the right to adjust charges
appropriately and contact you before shipping. |

Return Policy
You may return most items within 14 days of receipt of the item(s).
Certain items are not
returnable including opened software, reeds, recorders &
harmonicas. Harmonicas can be sent directly to the manufacturer for
warranty repairs. Ship returns to the address below and please make
sure to include the sales receipt.

parties. Our site currently does not use "cookies" so the
only data we collect is the actual data you knowingly submit to us.
