1) Sign Up Online Now! 

2) View/Print Trial Order Contract (4 pages, legal size)

3) Reserve Instrument Only  (Contract completed separately)

4) Visit us at our Bloomington store during regular business hours.

Note: If you are switching instruments, or upsizing to a
larger stringed instrument, please choose option 2, 3 or 4.
