Return PolicyYou may return most items within 30 days of the date the order was shipped. Certain items are not returnable including opened software, recordings, reeds, recorders & harmonicas. Harmonicas can be sent directly to the manufacturer for warranty repairs.
If you are uncertain if an item is returnable, please contact us by phone or email before returning the item.
All returned products must be in their original condition and include all original packaging materials, accessories and instructions. Failure to follow this procedure may result in restocking fees or refusal of your return.
