This was the earlydays of the American craze for the Saxophone. By 1921, the group had become the best paid stage musical act. Tom Brown had even claimed that the SIX BROWN BROTHERS had evens tarted the sax craze. With the collapse of vaudeville, Tom Brown started a newer version of the SIX BROWN BROTHERS in 1928. This group performed until 1933. The fantastic sax craze was the real beginning of the American jazz era.
