Groth Music Shipping Policy

Please read our shipping policy in its entirety if you are concerned about delivery times. 


PLEASE call or e-mail us with any questions about shipping times and product availability!

We are able to ship most orders within one business day. If we cannot ship your order within 2 business days we will notify you by phone or email of the delay.  If you have concerns about product availability or shipping deadlines, you are always welcome to place your order by phone at (800) 969-4772.


Please understand that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Shipping Carrier Choices:
Rates may be shown for several shippers such as UPS, Fedex or USPS. To insure that your order is shipped as soon as possible, we may choose a different carrier than the one you have selected.

Shipping rates are calculated based on:
1) Your location 2) Item weight 3) Item size

Saturday Delivery:
Please note that not all carriers deliver on Saturday. If you are expecting Saturday delivery, please place your order by phone and have a salesperson confirm that we can meet your expectations and what the cost will be.

Undeliverable Addresses:
Customer may be held responsible for shipping cost for undeliverable addresses.

Shipping Cost Adjustments:
Please note that it is possible that our website software will miscalculate shipping costs on larger or heavier items being shipped to certain shipping zones. We reserve the right to adjust charges appropriately and contact you before shipping.

International Shipments:
Customer is held responsible for any duty charges incurred as a result of international shipments.

Groth Music Shipping Disclaimer:
We do our best to process and ship all orders which have been received by 12:00 PM Central Time the same day as the order is placed. Most other orders will be shipped the following day.

Occasionally there will be a delay in shipping your order due to products being in high demand or out of stock. In this case, a Groth Music sales representative will contact you by phone or email.

In most cases, you will receive an email with a tracking number after the order has been shipped.

Available domestic shipping methods and approximate transit times are listed below.
Not all methods are available to all locations. Times are not always guaranteed by Groth Music or the Carrier. Transit times below DO NOT apply to international shipments.


Starting in 2013, the USPS introduced a number of shipping methods such as
Priority Mail 1-Day™, Priority Mail 2-Day™, Priority Mail 3-Day™. The number of days
indicated in these mailing methods is not a guarantee by either the USPS or Groth Music
that a package will arrive in that number of days. It is only an estimate and does not include any handling time.

PLEASE NOTE: With all FedEx services, Saturday and Sunday and federal holidays are NOT INCLUDED in the delivery days (unless you call to arrange Saturday delivery, and pay an extra charge.) For example, if an order with 2-Day shipping is placed on a Thursday, it will be delivered on Monday, not Saturday.
