Poems From The East - Soprano Voice and Woodwind Quartet

The work is based on poems by Japanese children ranging in age form 6 to 11 years. The fourteen poems are found in the book, "THERE ARE TWO LIVES," edited by Richard Lewis, and the composer gratefully acknowledges permission to use them in this composition.
