Description
From Edition HH comes the first modern edition of the Duo Economique by Christian Ernst Graaf (1723-1804). It calls for two players, four hands, and two bows, but only ONE violin. This edition includes a facsimile of the first edition by Hummel (c. 1790), and a modern, clearnly noted version as well. There is an introduction by Christopher Hogwood and two photos demostrating the best playing position for performance.
